General's "The Original" Charcoal pencils are created from the highest quality willow charcoal (high carbon content) and fine organic blacks.
They are encased in smooth high quality cedar coatings and come pre-sharpened ready to use as soon as you get your hands on them.
With various grades of hardness available, these pencils are ideal for illustrations, sketching, shading large areas as well as fine detailing. The vivid, smooth blacks allow for you to ensure that your colours pop on the paper.

Derwent Charcoal Pencil Tinted White
Derwent Kneadable Eraser
Perfect for lifting out tone and colour the kneadable eraser is soft and pliable and comes in wax paper to help keep it fresher for longer.
- Mould the eraser until soft, pull into a point so it can be used to remove areas of colour or graphite.
- Can be used for artistic techniques such as highlighting stippling and ghosting.
- Can be used in conjunction with all Derwent media.
Derwent Paper Stumps Set of 3
The paper stump makes the difficult job of blending dusty media such as charcoal and pastel much easier and cleaner. Once the stumps get dirty and the points wear down they can be easily cleaned and re-pointed using a sandpaper block.
Derwent paper stumps can be found individually or in a handy pack of 3 sizes ranging in diameter from 5.5mm to 10.5mm. The paper stumps are made from compressed rice paper and with a point at each end.

These innovative Covers are sized specifically for use with Sofft Knives. They transform Knives into absorbent tools, capable of carrying and releasing color and material in a unique way. Sofft Covers are made from our specially formulated micropore sponge which is semi-absorbent.
Sofft Knives
When used with Sofft Covers, the traditional painting knife is transformed into a multi-use and absorbent applicator for art and craft techniques. These inexpensive tools function like a cross between a brush and a knife.
Each knife has been ergonomically designed to fit in the hand for ease of use and for good control. Sofft Knives are made from a flexible, and durable plastic material. The handles are shaped like wooden handle knives for maximum comfort. Sofft Knives can also be used without Sofft Covers as traditional painting knives.
